The line is for automatic tri-valent chrome passivation after zinc barrel plating . The robotic arm can proceed with passivation in a tank at a 45 deg angle. The work pieces can be well agitated and dispersed to achieve excellent blue-white, multicolored and black passivation films, especially apt for the black passivation application.
