Barrel Plating Equipment

By years of research, PAT has successfully developed various CNC manufacturing precision barrel with perforation of 1mm, barrels  with fish bone holes and barrels with meshed panels. Even a work of0.2mmthickness will not get caught in the seams by the specially fabricated cover and the barrel cylinder , making it suitable for precision electronics plating. Meanwhile, the perforation rate of 40% causes higher efficiency, better quality and shorter plating time. PAT provides large barrels with loading capacities up to 300kgs as well, which are often used to plate large work pieces, such as bolts and nuts.
